These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of felitechsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Felitech Solutions ("Felitech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about Felitech's services, portfolio, and client reviews, and to let visitors contact us or request a project estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or infringing content through any form on the Site.
2. Form Submissions
When you submit the Contact form or the Project Estimation form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it with us. Submitting a form does not create a contract, retainer, or any obligation on either party — it simply starts a conversation. Project Estimation submissions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding quote until confirmed separately in writing.
3. Client Reviews
If you are given a review submission link, you confirm that the review, rating, and any photograph you submit are your own genuine feedback and that you have the right to share the content and image you upload. You grant Felitech a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your submitted review, name, position, star rating, and photograph on the Site and in related marketing materials. Each review link is valid for a single submission only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, portfolio case studies, and design — is the property of Felitech Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
5. Portfolio & Case Studies
Metrics, results, and figures shown in portfolio case studies describe outcomes achieved for specific past clients and engagements. They are illustrative of our work and do not guarantee similar results for any future project.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felitech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
