• Project Estimation Form ("Get a Quote"): your name, email address, company name (optional), services of interest, budget range, timeline, and project description (optional).
• Client Review Submissions: if you receive a one-time review link from us, the name, position/role, website link, star rating, review text, and photograph you choose to submit are collected and, unless you ask us not to, published publicly on the Site as a testimonial.

We do not use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not require you to create an account to browse it.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact form.
• To evaluate and respond to Project Estimation requests, including emailing the submitted details to our project team.
• To publish client testimonials on the Site, with your consent, exactly as you submitted them via a review link.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Store Your Information

Submissions are stored in a private database operated by Felitech and are accessible only to authorised Felitech personnel through an internally managed, authentication-protected admin panel. Uploaded review photographs are stored on our servers and served only at the address generated for that image.

4. Review Links

A review submission link is generated by Felitech for a specific client and can only be used once. After a review is submitted, the link is permanently invalidated. Submitting a review is always optional, and you may choose which fields to fill in beyond the required name, rating, and review text.

5. Data Retention

We retain Contact and Project Estimation submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records. Published client reviews are retained until you ask us to remove them or we choose to unpublish them.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted to us, or to unpublish a review, by contacting us using the details below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, with an updated Effective Date.
